The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) requires companies to prevent employment discrimination from occurring in the workplace.  Discrimination can be averted if managers and employees know their legal rights and responsibilities. Training includes Title VII, disparate treatment, adverse impact, retaliation, harassment, and more.
